She successfully launched Cooking for Isaiah® by Silvana Nardone, a gluten-free, dairy-free flour and baking mix company that gives people the freedom to cook and bake again. Previously, Silvana was the owner of a Brooklyn bakery, Fanciulla, and has since developed exclusively gluten-free, dairy-free and refined sugar-free baking lines for multi-location cafés, including Dr. Smood and Organic Krush. 

She was also a magazine editor and online food columnist at Food & Wine, Saveur and FoodNetwork.com, and starred as the gluten-free expert in Taste of Home magazine’s online series, “Everyday Gluten-Free.” She has appeared on ABC’s "Good Morning America," NBC’s "Weekend Today," CBS’s "News This Morning," the Food Network’s "Roker on the Road" and NPR.
